The first time I made this was for an assignment and it was called “Carrots a la vichy” which means “Glazed Carrots”. It was such a flavorful dish and I enjoyed every bit of it. Carrots were cooked until tender in a sweet and buttery sauce, which was then reduced to a glossy glaze and used to coat the carrots. Yum right?
