With a burning passion for food and the Culinary industry, I am here to share all that I can with you. Hi! I’m Lee and I am from the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where we are never short of flavour.
You would therefore see island flavours showcased in my dishes from time to time. My aim is to create and deliver recipes that are both easy to follow and delicious.
Growing up, I wanted to be an Accountant. My years of education were centered around business studies. I eventually got to the point where it was time for me to further my studies (University) and I realized that reading & indulging myself in all things business and accounting related was just not fulfilling. However, waking up everyday, switching the TV to “Food Network” or “Cooking Channel” brought me such contentment.
This excitement still didn’t help the guilt I felt. You’re probably thinking “guilt?!”…yes GUILT. The guilt of knowing for sure that I no longer wanted to pursue a career in Accounting. The guilt of feeling like all my academic years are about to go to waste. I then thought to myself, “Hey! I can pursue a career in Culinary Arts and use my business background to own and operate my own Catering/ Personal Chef business”.
Since then, I have enrolled at The Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and actively working on my end goals.
This platform is my way of engaging others and exposing my creativity and passions. This is not just a food blog, but my space that I have secured on the big ole “world wide web” to market myself.
